[horde] horde modification

I just recently install horde-3.1.1 and I was wondering how you can
remove the left hand side bar for the users and keep it for the admin
side? also I would like to know how I can modify the login to. I would
like to remove the horde logo from the login screen or even be able to
change the colors to match a theme(or is there login themes) and set a
default theme for the users besides the basic white one. also I would
like to know how I can I get involve with horde more. I really enjoyed
working with it. I'm already on several mailing list.
