[horde] html mail problems on horde 4.1.1

I have just installed Horde 4.1.1 and though out testing, we've discovered
the followings which we don't know how to go above,

 

*         Spell check works on plain text but failed in htm compose mode. Is
this normal?

*         Special character works on my account (have admin right), but do
not work on others, where there is only the welcome page coming up on the
popup windows. How can I fix that?

*         Sending out html composed mail in Webmail and it display normally
with graphs if received by thick client, but if received by Webmail, it will
break it down into two version, and the html version will be in the form of
attachment by the name noname. User have to click on it to open it up on
another windows. Can we set Webmail to display the html version directly?
