[horde] spam reporting

Hi!

I am using:
Horde: 3.1.3
Imp: H3 (4.1.3)
PHP Version: 5.0.4

just upgraded my system.

Now i have set method of reporting spam as "/usr/bin/spamassassin -r" 
running external command.
After the upgrade , when someone reports mail as spam i see following in 
my horde log:

Feb 08 07:30:57 HORDE [error] [imp] Error reporting spam: [5334] warn: 
config: cannot write to /root/.spamassassin/user_prefs: Permission denied
[5334] warn: config: failed to create default user preference file 
/root/.spamassassin/user_prefs
bayes: locker: safe_lock: cannot create tmp lockfile 
/root/.spamassassin/bayes.lock.***.domain.ee.5334 for 
/root/.spamassassin/bayes.lock: Permission denied
[on line 111 of "/srv/www/vhosts/email/horde/imp/lib/Spam.php"]

What could result this ? I understand the permission issue, though this 
notice was not displayed before the upgrade.
Previous versions were:
Horde 3.1.1
IMP 4.1.1
