[horde] Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 1.1-RC2 - old Turba 2.1 mysql Schemata instead of 2.2?

The turba.mysql.sql script was deprecated in 2.2 but was inadvertently  
left in the RC2 release.  The turba.sql script should be used for  
mysql.  This issue has already been fixed for the next RC or Release.
