[horde] alarm: Need help understanding php error

Hi,

Horde 3.2-RC2, Kronolith 2.2-RC2
FreeBSD 6.3, PHP 5.2.5

The error is from the alarm system and the problem is that it cannot 
find the path:

PHP Warning:  require_once(Horde/Date.php): failed to open stream: No 
such file or directory in /usr/local/www/horde/lib/Horde/Alarm.php on 
line 14
PHP Fatal error:  require_once(): Failed opening required 
'Horde/Date.php' 
(include_path='/usr/local/lib/php/pear:/usr/local/share/pear') in 
/usr/local/www/horde/lib/Horde/Alarm.php on line 14

If I enter the full path in Alarm.php, it will find Date.php, but then 
Date.php cannot find NSL.php etc.
All other parts of Horde, Kronolith, IMP etc. works fine.

Very thankful for any suggestions.
