[horde] Horde database cleanup, not delete everything

Why would you want to do that? Besides certain groupware data, this  
doesn't make much sense to me. I can only think of old calendar data  
and old, completed tasks. For calendar data, there is a maintenance  
task since Kronoith 2.3 for that purpose.
