[horde] Horde resouces shared (e.g. read-only) by default for all users

Hi.

Is there a way to share the Horde resources (calendar, tasks, notes,
etc...) by default for all users?
I just wan't to prepare some default enviroment for all of them, until
they change it themself.

I've found something with similar here in the mailing list:

but it's already 5-6 years old, and since then lot must have changed.

btw., I think that option like this should be in the basic setup for the
Horde.
