Hi,

I have the following issue:

Some user receives a forwarded mail. She doesn't see the forwarded mail's content in the message body or opening the attachment. But if she forwards the mail, there it is! The message that was forwarded to her appears in the body of the mail she is going to send. 

I would much appreciate your help. Though I guess it might be a dumb question.
