Caldav server support is a planned feature, yes.

I'm not sure, perhaps someone else on list can answer this.

ActiveSync support is pretty much finished. There may be some minor
bugs, but it is working very well on a number of tested devices. I
consider it feature complete for what will be in H4.

I personally don't have experience with SA, so I'll let others answer.

No, nothing to speak of. Just a login task that can rename the sent
mail folder every x interval...at least as far as I know.

Good to hear we will be a good fit, and look forward to working with
you in the future. As an aside, since you mention your dislike for
the current theme, we do have plans for an overhaul, just nothing to
show at this time. If you have ideas, please feel free to share them.
