Okay, backed-up the file and added in the lines from http://git.horde.org/horde-git/-/commit/caa4e05913b86054407bf7dbd4e885ec0cd0d7f8 and removed the lines in red, and ran the script from the command line again and success.  Refreshing the panel and everything is now green!
