[horde] New Webmail installation / migration / different servers for db, mail, horde

I did a similar upgrade recently. My users where in LDAP, I don't know
yours.
What I did was actually a new install and used the old database. The
installation process modifies the base with the new schema.
As Jan said, the imap backend config is now *imp/config/backends.conf*.
Make sure you create a *imp/config/backends.local.conf* file with your
config since the backends.conf file will be replaced when you upgrade to
another version with pear. (Ex: 4.0.3).
