unfortunately for admin, the UI will always change.  If horde were
abandoned for TB or Outlook, users would have to get used to that.

See above.  I hope you told them to grow up :)

Agreed.

Again.  Horde/imp finally matches software capability and users complain
it's bad.  But for years they complain that imp is not a real client
because it's in the browser.
