[horde] Mail from Gmail IMAP server not loading

Works perfectly here.  With the latest IMP 5 version and the latest  
Horde_Imap_Client package.

Be aware that IMAP access to Gmail can be *brutally* slow.  So it is  
quite possible that listing the mailbox is taking too long and the PHP  
access is timing out.
