[horde] Horde 4 Upgrade - just clarification

Again, this would make upgrading from H4 to H5 impossible.

Patching files doesn't work with installing updates anyway, no matter how.

Tell that to the PEAR folks. If anyone would actually still maintain  
the PEAR installer.
