Why? I have a replica of pear.horde.org which has H5 at beta level.
So, if such replica is hosted on Internet as pear4.horde.org, and one
uses that pear for installing H4, it should work. Let normal
pear.horde.org continue for those users who want to install/upgarde to
H5.

I am technically not much knowledgable about pear. But, I thought,
such solution might work. Sorry for giving such comments/inputs
without understanding the other problems.
