Just out of curiosity, why are you unable to switch to Dovecot? I  
migrated from Courier to Dovecot a while back and the  
'courier-dovecot-migrate.pl' script did the job without a hitch. Short  
of the quite significant gain in performance for webmail users, they  
never noticed something changed.
