[horde] imp spell language list, i need only En, Fr and De

One way of accomplishing this would be to unset() all unnecessary  
languages in nls.local.php.

But in your case, you don't care about future additions to the  
spelling language availability list.  So it does make sense to  
overwrite the spelling languages in your nls.local.php file.
