today there was the change to wintertime at Europe/Berlin
perhaps this is related, Horde does UTC i.e with caldav and lightning
i ve opened a bug at Horde and Lightning about this, but its more
"works like designed" however it makes the kombi thunderbird/horde
unusable partly, my test event created in summertime is recent shown
false now in wintertime, so the only chance to fix it is to touch it
again yet.
