[horde] Dynamic Webmail - VFS File Error

Thank you, Michael.

This setting was blank in my configuration - since it mentions that the path would be set from the PHP path.

I had the session data path in PHP set, but wasn't sure if the temp directory was set.  Went ahead and put the path in the config and we'll see if there are any other issues.
