[horde] Horde 5.1.5, unable to change user theme preferences

That's the correct URL.  Are you sure the theme preference is not  
locked?  Not sure what you mean by "Bookmark Preferences" either.

Also, there is no theme selection - there is only 1 theme available in  
H5 (unless you have created your own).
