Status of 9 indicates there was a mismatch in the synckey and the  
client is supposed to clear it's internal state and reissue a  
FolderHierarchy sync with a synckey of zero to recieve a fresh  
hierarchy from the server. If OL is not doing this, there's nothing  
Horde can do about it. You'll probably have to recreate the account on  
the client.
