[horde] pear.horde.org channel discovery fail

Hi,

I am running debian wheezy and trying the following command but failed:

root at mail:/etc/php5/conf.d# pear channel-discover pear.horde.org
Error: No version number found in <channel> tag
Discovering channel pear.horde.org over http:// failed with message: channel-add: invalid channel.xml file
Trying to discover channel pear.horde.org over https:// instead
Discovery of channel "pear.horde.org" failed (channel-add: Cannot open "https://pear.horde.org/channel.xml" (Connection to `pear.horde.org:443' failed: Connection timed out))

Please help.
