If you have user-specific address books, you will also need to have the 
information, which address book belongs to which user and which entry to 
which address book.

Next question: Are all these entries located in one address book or are 
there user address books as well?

If there is just one address book (a central one), I would guess it will 
work via CSV export/import fairly well and quick.

I have the impression that this is not significat, but I just upgraded 
from H3.
