[horde] Problems with new version

Horde does not change permissions during upgrade.

This is a segfault, and is always due to issues with PHP. Impossible  
to say if this is triggered from Horde, or if it is, what caused it  
without any further info such as description of any incorrect Horde  
behavior.

Pretty self explanatory. This user is not correctly logged in or does  
not have permission to the 'Horde' application.

Ditto, but for unauthenticated user. No guest access is configured for  
the Horde application.
