[horde] Memory size problem with file manager

I got a problem with the file manager.

When uploading a file (1,1MB) , I get the following message:
ALLOWED MEMORY SIZE OF 134217728 BYTES EXHAUSTED (TRIED TO ALLOCATE  
101518171 BYTES)
 
max_allowed_packet is set to 32M and memory_limit in php.ini is set to 128M.

Any idea what goes worng?
