[horde] Status of PHP 7 support?

Horde core, Imp, Turba, Kronolith, Nag, and Mnemo, all work fine under 
7.0 and 7.1. The only item I recall being broken is 
pear/Services_Weather. You'll need to uninstall that.

I've not yet tested 7.2, but I doubt there's going to be much of a 
difference.
