[horde] [whups]: Q: developement status for horde v6

Hello,

I have released yet another update of whups which mitigates some 
deprecation warnings with PHP 8.2 / fatals with 8.3 on default settings.
Most notably horde_forms signatures and changes to the data migration 
code in whups sql schema files.

I can now successfully test drive whups on PHP 8.2:

- install
- Create queues, ticket types, type to queue assignments
- Create tickets
- Edit tickets
- Search for tickets (requires latest updates to horde/url, also 
released today)

Testing was done under nginx / php-fpm but should also work under 
apache2 / mod_php

I will need to setup some test automation probably.
