[horde] Fresh install of horde6.0.0-RC5

I did what you suggested.  Same result.

Since this is a newer version of Ubuntu, I'm wondering if there is  
some other package that might be missing, or some sort of other type  
of conflict.

I'm open to more ideas on sorting this out.
