[horde] Fresh install of horde6.0.0-RC5

After some more messing around, I did get it to work better.
What I did do was
move to php8.4 from php8.5
use a private browser
cleared my php sessions
restarted apache2 server
...so I guess browser cache played a role?
I'm still having an issue with it thinking that my preferences aren't
set correctly for the identity (missing the email address). Again, I
think it is some sort of configuration issue, and I continue to try
and narrow it down.
