[i18n] Help translation

Hi!

I need some advice on help translation -

I made translations of some minor size help files, bu i have  
difficulties with make-help - in one case it ignore everything between  
<para> </para>, in another i get such message:

Updating lv help file for mnemo.
[  WARN  ] There was an error opening the file
            /home/htdocs/horde4/lib/../mnemo/locale/lv/help.xml. Try  
running the
            translation script with the flag -d to see any error messages from
            the xml parser.

-d or --debug do not help. Is it version issue of xlm libraries?
