Okay - Zeev just changed cgi mode so that HTTP_SERVER_VARS will include the 
environment stuff. Can you update to latest php4 cvs (as of about 20 minutes 
ago) and try that? Hopefully that'll fix the problem and we can take out the 
workaround...
