That good then, except it wasn't the problem :)
Have you tried issuing some IMAP commands, just for giggles?
Does the user just get kicked out of IMP, no warning, or do they
get an error message?
I get that error when I enter an invalid password.
Are you testing with a consistant username?
eg. Log in with chris from outlook.
Log in with chris from IMP
etc?

The only connection to IMAP should be from localhost.
See if you can do a complete login from a telnet to localhost:143

That should be right. If the counter increments, then the session
info is getting posted/retrieved correctly (I believe that's exactly
what's happening)
