Commas vs. Semi-Colons

Hey All,
  I believe I saw this on the list somewhere but has anyone come across the 
problem of not being able to use groups in the personal contacts because they 
are seperated by semi-colons then when inserting it into the TO: semi-colons 
don't work as seperaters. Perhaps it's that we're using Exchange as the back 
end. Any one have any ideas? or perhaps have included JavaScript to convert the 
semi-colons to commas before being inserted into the TO:
