[imp] Adding fields to contacts

I need to do the same...
I have been unable to figure out (via grep) where the form is even
implemented, let alone the database functions. I'll keep looking...
If you find it, please let me know what/whree/how. Thanks.
Maybe I or someone else could submit a patch once finished?
