[imp] Adding fields to contacts

Hello Stephen,

The main work done in the file  horde/imp/contacts.php3
You should look in: horde/imp/templates/contacts/ all the file of this
directory should be modified.
The function to add to your db is depend on your db - look at horde/imp/lib/

I'm working on that today, hopefully I will finished it, if so, I'll send
you the diffs.
