D'oh!  Sorry Ken, I see it now; confirmed.  It looks to me like the CVS
archive file itself was renamed; the automatic patch generation in our
release script won't handle this case properly.  I'll see if I can modify
the patch by hand to account for this... I'm fuzzy on whether patch can be
used to remove a file.

(I'm going to start a thread on dev about the CVS implications if you want
to listen in.)
