IMP 2.3.6 , sending messages problem

There is no any rfc822.php file. Is there something else which I should
install?
Php is compiles with following modules

Gettext Support: Yes
IMAP Support: Yes
LDAP Support: No
MCAL Support: No
Mcrypt Support: No
MySQL Support: Yes
PostgreSQL Support: No
XML Support: Yes
