IMP 2.3.6 , sending messages problem

When I try to send message there is an error

There is no any rfc822.php file. Is there something else which I should
install?
Php is compiles with following modules

IMAP Support: Yes

MCAL Support: No
Mcrypt Support: No
MySQL Support: Yes
PostgreSQL Support: No
XML Support: Yes

It's actually the correct way to put something in PATH_INFO. What web server
are you using? Maybe it doesn't support PATH_INFO with php?
