[imp] after reboot, can't send mail thru IMP ?

I've got no idea - you'll need to do some more digging to see why this
is the case.

There could be many reasons, but it would break after a reboot is a bit
strange.  Perhaps you made changes to your Apache/PHP configuration and
failed to restart the process - I've done this a few times and only
notice the breakage after a reboot.
