[imp] PHP frustrations with IMP install

To be clear: The documentation is _not_ perfect. I don't know that we can 
reasonably do what you're asking without having someone whose full-time, paid 
job is to document everything. But we are trying to produce better 
documentation for 2.3, and your concerns are certainly heard.

But (you knew it was coming): The above statement strikes a really bad chord 
with me. It sounds a lot like the joke about what car companies would deal with 
if people treated cars like computers ("do you have a driver's license?" "what 
do I need to know all of this for - I just want to go places in my car!"). I'm 
trying to seperate this reaction from your comments, since I _do_ want to 
improve the documentation (std disclaimer: I have a long, long list of things I 
want to do). But you should be aware of the way your comments come across to 
some people.
