[imp] Server Information

[Benjamin J. Higgins]

I'm running with version 2.144 of the file (which the CVS tree seems to think is the most up-to-date version) . . .

It seems to me that the problem is there is no imp/templates/prefs/server.inc file - but I can't find that file on my server or on cvsweb.horde.org . . .

Is there something else that I'm missing?
