[imp] attachments

I have tried using the latest build of Mozilla 0.9.4, and now there are no 
problems with uploading over SSL.

Since there were problems in Mozilla 0.9.3 and Netscape 6.1, I suspect this 
was a bug in Netscape, and now has been corrected.
