Identity recoding

I just just checked in a major recode of all the identity stuff.

If you update from cvs make sure you also update horde.

Before you want to test the new code (sent mail configuration was also added to 
the identities) so that we can iron out all the new bugs be aware:

- Admins MUST change the prefs.php according to the changes.

- They MAY clean up the prefs backend by removing all entries not necessary 
anymore: from_addr, replyto_addr, fullname, signature, sig_dashes, sig_first, 
sent_mail_folder, save_sent_mail.

- Users SHOULD update once all their identities otherwise the sent-mail 
configuration is read from the standard preferences in prefs.php
