[imp] Error on Login

Turning the logging support off in /horde/config/horde.php doesn't change the
problem. Also, I should add that when I restart the webserver, the first user
who logs in does not recieve the error, but after this every login recieves the
error. Perhaps APC is caching some sort of session specific variable?
