As I use imp what implies php to read this mail, I can confirm that php has
no problems with this special character. And I checked the html source code
to make sure it really is the A0 character.
If I switch to utf-8 it becomes a "y". If this is the expected behaviour we
should probably have at least with php no problems using unicode.
But another problems comes to my mind. If want to change the Horde/IMP
output to unicode we have no problem with the default output which should
be all ascii but all translations have to be done in unicode. At least my
editor doesn't support this, I don't know if it is a limitation of the
editor or of the installed fonts.
