We're going to need a lot more information if we're going to be able to 
help you.  What error?  The more details you can provide, the better.

I would really encourage you to use IMP 3.0 RC2 and Horde 2.0 RC2 -- the
development code has changed a lot since IMP was packaged up as "2.3.x"  
and I doubt people are going to want to help with old code.  The problem
you're having may already be solved.
