Copy mime_drivers.php.dist to mime_drivers.php.  This is
mentioned in the documentation.

That type of comment isn't very constructive.  You need to brush
up on your understanding of open source software.  You've
identified a problem.  The next step is to create a solution to
the problem and contribute your work.

The mailing list archives contain a wealth of information.  Try
checking there first next time.
