2 Problems with RC3

Overall I think RC3 of Horde, IMP and Tubra looks really good. My install
of it is having two problems though. Perhaps someone will know how I can
clear them up.

1)  In the horde/imp login there is now a "Folder Prefix" line that shows
up with the "INBOX." in it. This is the value that I set in servers.php for
imp. This is not an option I want my users to be able to change, but I can't
find the preference to turn it off.

2) The compose window will not appear in Mozilla 0.9.5. It appears to work
well in IE. Has anyone else had any problems?
