[imp] IMP and Debian

No problems with Debian at all. You can even take pear from the packages.
The only thing you've to fiddle a bit with is your locales setup and you've
to put pear in the include path of your PHP (either php.ini or in the
httpd.conf of your Apache)

Running:
- Debian Woody (testing)
- Apache 1.3.22
- PHP 4.1.0RC2 (Debian version: php4 3:4.0.100-1)
- Pear (Debian version: php4-pear 3:4.0.100-1)

This works fine with Horde, IMP, Turba, Kronolith and Nag.
