[imp] removed IMP::preambleString() .

My Mailbox looks like this:
Mail/
Trash
Sent-Mail
'Mail/' is set in the 'folders' of servers.php
I want my MailBox to look like this:
Trash
Sent-Mail
if I set 'namespace' to 'Mail/' it does, but then Empty Trash folder doesn't
appear in the trash folder.
